Upland is a very well built Wally Holiday park. The fullpipe is the best park pipe I have skated so far. The only thing sketchy about it is that its slippery. I am sure a lot of people will disagree with me but I do not really like this place. It is fun for about a half hour then you will get board if you are not much of a vert ripper. Upland it pretty much a long halfpipe with a bowl at one end and a fullpipe. I think the bowl is 11 ft and the small lowend is about 6 feet. That makes for a nice burly water fall to get sick speed for mad oververt. 14 foot walls next to the pipe emmulate the flatwall at uplands neighbor, Mt Baldy. There is a loveseat between the fullpipe and lowend to kind of switch things up a bit but it doesnt do much for me. There really isnt any flatbottem so that makes it kind of interesting. The bowl is really big and wide open and is pretty boring if you are not blasting airs out of it. I am not trying to rag on this park, its just not for me since I a suck at vert. I would much rather skate louisville for its curves and lines. Upland is still worthy of a hit if you are in the area. There are also two more badass parks in the area to satisify your roundwall hungers.
