Denver is a park I was really really excited to check out. Its free lit up at night until 10pm and has 3 bowls. I heard a lot about it being really slick but being used to skating vans I wasn't too worried. The first thing I noticed about this place was that bowls didn't look as good in person as they did in photos. The clover was small and had a wierd hump in the middle, the big bowls deepend was stretched to long, and the other bowl was just wierd. The park was still awesome though. The big bowl was by far the best.

It was probably 11 or 12 ft in the deep and 6 in the low. It had some embedded steps in the lowend that were fun to ride over. It was fairly slippery but nothing crazy like some people make it seem. The clover wasnt deep at all. The hump that seperated each section was hard to manuever. So much so that I only took a run or two in it. I am sure if you lived in the area you could manage some fun with this beast but I wasn't about to hurt myself when there was a perfectly good bowl right next to it.

The other bowl is wierd. It has a ramp going into it so everone calls in the handicap bowl. Its kind of interesting because you can carve the wall next to the ramp leading into the bowl. This bowl has some cement parking block like coping in spots but its pretty gnarled from bikers. The park also has a fairly large street course and snake run like fish pond thingy. Its a good park overall and its FREE! You dont have to wear pads either. Definetly check it out if you are in the city.
